CLASSES
All new class participants are offered a half-price one-hour 1-2-1 or MamaMOT​ to ensure that even in a class setting, you will get a safe personalised programme where appropriate.
Regular Pilates
Pilates is a great way to restore your core, keep your posture strong and give you a great foundation for cardio-exercises and other demanding sports. Classes are in person and on Zoom.
